Shipping policy

Orders placed on sheertex.com (US) can be shipped to all states. Orders placed on sheertex.com can also be shipped to some countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom (additional fees apply). 

To avoid additional fees, place your international order on eu.sheertex.com or uk.sheertex.com.

We are unable to ship to countries not listed on the checkout page. All international orders (addresses outside of the United States) may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country at the expense of the customer. Please note: these fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Sheertex.

We ship all international orders DDU (duties delivered unpaid) meaning we do not collect any local taxes/fees in the price charged on the website. Please do consider import duties and taxes if you are shopping internationally.

Sheertex is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered items. Once the order has left our facility, ownership is transferred to the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly. Additional shipping fees may be charged for customer errors in shipping information.

Orders that include Safe Ship Protection are covered against unexpected issues like lost orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit. If anything goes wrong, we’ll replace your order free of charge – so you can shop worry-free.
